Jason Hails, MBA

Jason Hails is MNP’s national Energy and Utilities Leader, working out of the Toronto office. He is a senior business advisor and leader with 20 years of progressively responsible experience both in industry and consulting, focused primarily in the energy and utility industries.

Jason has worked with numerous market participants and regulators across Canada and the United States, developing and implementing practical solutions to meet regulatory, operational and competitive challenges in a fast-evolving industry. He has extensive knowledge of and experience in the areas of project management and benefits realization, business process analysis and organizational effectiveness, business development, transactions and post-merger integration, as well as governance and regulatory compliance.

Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in Economics and Political Science from York University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of British Columbia.
