A member of MNP’s Tax team in St. John’s, Corey works closely with privately held businesses, developing practical, proactive solutions to support continuity in both his clients’ families and in their business interests.

Since 2000, Corey has provided accounting and tax services to public and private sector companies and entities at the local, national and international levels. His experience includes several years at two of the Big Four firms. Corey helps clients with everything from business succession, estate planning and transition of wealth across generations, to business buy-and-sell decisions and corporate reorganizations.

Corey earned a Bachelor of Commerce (BComm Co-op) from Memorial University of Newfoundland and Labrador in 1999. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (CA) in 2002 and a registered Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) in 2015.

Corey is the treasurer of the Newfoundland and Labrador Historical Society.
