A member of MNP’s Assurance and Accounting teams in Kenora and Fort Frances, Shawn works closely with his clients to understand their unique needs and help them reach their tax and business goals. Shawn primarily serves owner-managed businesses, Indigenous organizations and not-for-profit organizations in a multitude of sectors, helping them implement practical, tailored tax and business plans.
With more than two decades of public practice experience, Shawn provides support for audits; delivering accounting, business advisory, bookkeeping and data processing services, tax and personal financial planning, and software training.
Shawn obtained an Honours Bachelor of Commerce (BComm) from Lakehead University in 1996. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (CA) in 2001.
Shawn’s community service has included sitting on several not-for-profit boards throughout Northern Ontario in the Kenora and Fort Frances area.
