Shaun is a member of MNP's Indigenous Services team and Private Enterprise team in Calgary. With more than two decades of public practice and industry experience, Shaun delivers audits, review engagements and other accounting and income tax-related services to not-for-profit and governmental organizations, school boards, private companies and First Nations in southern Alberta.

Shaun is a Risk Partner focusing on reporting for government, not-for-profit organizations, oil and gas service companies and owner-managed businesses. He instructs accounting and assurance standards update courses for the Firm and helps with internal quality controls reviews.

Prior to joining MNP, Shaun was a controller at a national company.

Shaun graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a Bachelor of Commerce (BComm with Distinction) and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in mathematics. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) – Alberta and Saskatchewan, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (CA) and a Certified Aboriginal Financial Manager (CAFM).

Shaun is the Treasurer of the Phoenix Education Foundation.
