Phillip Spring, CPA, CA, is a Partner with MNP’s Assurance Services team. Based in MNP’s Toronto office, he works closely with a diverse group of clients to assist them with all their audit and accounting, tax and business advisory needs. Through an in-depth understanding of his clients’ businesses, Phillip provides a high level of service and business advice so they can focus on growth and long-term success.

Phillip’s industry expertise includes working with professional practices, health care, pharmaceutical, farming, manufacturing, distribution, real estate and construction businesses. He also provides transaction support on the purchase and sales of private companies and assists clients in preparing cash flow projections in order to obtain various types of financing. Phillip also has experience with companies doing business on both sides of the Canadian / U.S. borders and offering strategic advice on the structure of inbound and outbound tax matters.

Committed to the community, Phillip has held board and treasurer positions with the Robbins Hebrew Academy Hebrew Day School and coaches for a minor league hockey team.
