Paul Witherow, PMP, MBA, is a Partner with MNP National Technology Solutions in Ottawa. He also serves as the firm’s Technology and Innovation Leader and Customer Platforms Lead.

Drawing on more than two decades of management, strategic advisory and systems integration experience, Paul leads strategic change initiatives and technology-enabled transformation, largely in the public sector. As such, he works closely with clients to create digital government experiences that engage citizens, streamline and automate case management processes, enable data-driven decision-making and ultimately make public services more efficient and effective.

Before joining MNP, Paul co-founded and was managing principal of a privately-held PROFIT 500 company. Paul earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from the Royal Military College of Canada and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Ottawa. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with the Project Management Institute, a Prince2 Registered Professional and Certified Scrum Master.
