Jess Mann, CHRP, is a Partner with MNP’s Consulting Services and a member of the firm’s Technology Solutions practice. Jess brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in the financial services and technology consulting industries. She draws on her entrepreneurial expertise and collaborative approach to provide strategic direction to a national team of ERP and IT Managed Services Consulting professionals, driving extensive and sustainable growth.

Jess completed her undergraduate studies in Business at the University of Toronto (where she was selected as one of their top 40 alumni), and her graduate studies in Adult Education at Central Michigan University. She earned the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation through the Human Resources Professionals Association of Ontario and has completed the Canadian Securities Course through the Canadian Securities Institute.

Her honours include being one of 14 women worldwide to participate in the International Women’s Forum Leadership Foundation program in 2004 for emerging female leaders and receiving the Arbor Award, The University of Toronto’s highest award for volunteerism, in 2018.

Jess is passionate about corporate and social responsibility, and is an active volunteer and mentor in her community.
