Howard Sazant, CPA, CA, is extensive knowledge as a business advisor to numerous owner-managed entrepreneurial clients across a wide range of industries.

Howard offers specialized, focused services in accounting, auditing and consulting to entrepreneurs. His clients come from the manufacturing, retail, distribution, real estate, health care and technology sectors. Howard also provides auditing and consulting services to public companies listed on the TSX and TSX Venture exchanges. Proficient at offering due diligence services related to mergers and acquisitions, Howard is adept at assisting his clients in navigating financing and government assistance programs.

Howard received his diploma in public accountancy from McGill University in 1978, after completing his Bachelor of Commerce in 1977, also at McGill University. In 1979 he obtained his Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA*) designation from the Ordre des comptables agréés du Québec. Howard became a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) in 1999.

*In 1979, this designation was referred to as Chartered Accountant.
