Heather Hilhorst, CPA, CA, is a Partner in MNP’s Tax Services group. Serving the Grande Prairie and Peace River regions, Heather works with clients in various industries, including construction, oil and gas and logging; delivering effective taxation, succession planning and tax planning services tailored to their specific needs.

Working one-on-one with her clients, Heather develops an understanding of their businesses and finds solutions that provide value to her clients and their businesses. She provides strong advice and guidance that helps clients with Canadian corporate tax planning, succession planning, and purchasing or selling a business. She excels at explaining difficult-to-understand concepts so they make sense and presents innovative ideas and solutions to help clients achieve their goals.

A Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) who qualified as a Chartered Accountant (CA) in 2009, Heather graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta in 2007. She has completed CPA Canada’s In-depth Tax Course levels I, II and III.
