Harman Kaler, CPA, CA, helps physicians, veterinarians, dentists, optometrists, physiotherapists, lawyers and other professionals with personal and corporate income tax planning, personal finance planning (budgeting), assurance and advises on the sale and purchase of businesses. Working with MNP’s tax team, Harman advises clients on how to reduce their tax exposure, justify their tax claim, obtain proper bank financing and buy or sell a practice. Harman is a strong advocate for his clients and has experience in due diligence, corporate and personal tax compliance and planning, business planning and liquidation of companies.

Harman earned a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Comm Honours) in accounting and entrepreneurship / small business from the University of Manitoba in 2009. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (CA) in 2012.
