David is a member of MNP’s Private Enterprise team in Burlington. David helps private enterprises, not-for-profit organizations and public sector clients - primarily school boards – achieve their goals at all stages of the business cycle.
David works closely with a wide range of private enterprise clients, from small- and mid-sized companies, to family businesses, professional corporations and large corporations.
He helps owners with everything from starting a business, to financial, retirement, estate and business succession planning, including corporate reorganizations and tax planning
Prior to joining MNP, David was a partner at a Big Four firm for more than three-and-a-half decades.
David earned a Bachelor of Commerce (BComm) in accounting from McMaster University in 1984. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (CA) in 1988.
