Costa Tsakiris, CPA, CA, is a Partner with MNP’s International Tax Services team in Toronto. Costa provides clients with strategic advice on tax-efficient cross-border business structuring and expansion, financing and repatriation. He also helps with, business structure reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions and delivers tax-based planning solutions.

Costa works closely with clients in diverse industries, including technology, consumer business, manufacturing, real estate and professional services.

Before joining MNP, Costa specialized in international tax and mergers and acquisitions services at one of Toronto’s Big Four firms, where he worked with companies based in Canada and Canadian subsidiary groups of publicly traded and privately held foreign-based firms.  

Costa, a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), holds a Master of Taxation (MTax) from the University of Waterloo (2000) and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto (1998). Costa is also a tutor with the CPA Part III In-Depth Tax Course
