MNP has three offices in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) — downtown Toronto, Markham, and Oshawa. Our Markham office opened its doors in 2010 via a merger with local firm Sacks LLP. Today, MNP has 88 professionals, as well as 22 partners, available to assist your business. We work with a diverse range of industries that are essential to the GTA economy, including real estate, food and beverage processors and professionals – in fact, our Markham office has the largest concentration of business advisors for professionals of any MNP location.
Markham is well-known as Canada’s high-tech capital, with over 1,000 high tech and life science companies in the region. We proudly supports the region’s technology sector through sponsorships and involvement with industry events and organizations.

Andrea Chan CPA, CA
Regional Managing Partner, Toronto North
Andrea Chan, CPA, CA, is MNP’s Regional Managing Partner for Toronto North and a member of the firm’s Assurance and Accounting team. Andrea works one-on-one with dental, medical, legal and other professionals, delivering sound advice to help her clients achieve their personal and business goals.
Andrea’s expertise includes developing customized plans for clients planning to start, purchase or sell a practice. Her experience allows her to walk her clients through the purchase or sale decision from beginning to end, ensuring they make the choices that are right for them. She specializes in developing projections and proposals as well as industry benchmarking, helping ensure her clients have sound strategies for the future.
Andrea also provides strategic advice on tax minimization strategies. She develops customized retirement and succession plans for her clients, helping them realize their dreams.
Andrea earned a Bachelor of Mathematics specializing in accounting and a Master of Accounting at the University of Waterloo. She is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (CA).
