Management Support
We provide management support to Indigenous Nations experiencing financial, operational or governance challenges. Working in partnership with our clients, we help to identify key internal and external factors which gave rise to those challenges and address them on route to finding the right solutions.
Often, this includes helping nations develop and implement:
- Sustainable budgeting processes
- Internal policies and procedures – Our team has extensive experience with First Nation Financial Management Board certification and standards. We can also customize policies and procedures to meet our clients' needs.
- Training solutions
- Governance – We help our clients define roles and responsibilities to ensure sustainable budgets, policies and procedures moving forward.
